Held online over zoom for 5 weeks, starting 19th November, links will be emailed out on the day of the session.
IMPORTANT - There are 10 spaces on this event; advance tickets are for the 10 spaces, normal tickets will add you to a waiting list in case a space becomes available. PLEASE GET AN ADVANCE TICKET UNLESS SOLD OUT.
Positive Minds peer support group is a non-judgemental, safe and confidential six-week peer support group aimed at keeping low mood and depression at bay.
The award-winning Positive Minds course is run by Surrey’s Student Minds facilitators and provide you a space to openly discuss thoughts and feelings associated with negative mental wellbeing.
