For the very first time ever we bring you the BIG FRESHERS BALL!!!!!

This year we were one of the only unis in the whole country to put on a summer ball in the wake of the pandemic and it was so amazing that we want to have another one! After a year of lockdowns we are going to give you the best night of your life and we hope you are looking forward to it as much as we are!

The night begins at 7pm at Marquee / PATS Field. Enter via the main marquee door where we will check you in. You need to bring ID (valid Surrey student card or passport/driving licence) and your Tixtu QR Code. Please come early to avoid queueing and make the most of your night. You will be given a wristband which will give you access to the funfair.

In the marquee you’ll find loads of entertainment on offer, with DJ Karl Thomas, bar (card only), casino, photobooths and insta ops. On the field you’ll find a funfair! The field and marquee close at midnight.

Rubix opens at 11pm – 4am. Line up coming soon!

Dress Code: Wear what you want! We love an excuse to dress up to the nines, but we won't be enforcing a strict dress code at this ball. Tux or trainers you decide!

Before coming to Freshers Ball please take a covid test for everyone’s safety. Please do not come if you have a positive result or are feeling unwell (we will provide a full refund if you can’t attend for these reasons).

Tickets can only be bought on Tixtu.com and cannot be resold for more than face value.

Admission is strictly over 18's only. You must have valid ID - passport / driving licence. No ID no entry.

Full refunds will be issued should this event not be permitted to go ahead.
