Exams are behind us and if there is one thing that this week really is not meant for, it's reading. Instead, prance and dance you're way down to the very first Funk Soul Disco outing of 2019 with that new found care free attitude that has been ever so hard to come by since the new year stepped forwards.

Help us splash some much needed colour onto what has been a very dry January by shaking those tushies to the grin-fluencing melodies that have been out of our lives for far too long.

It may be the day of rest, but let me assure you that the gods of both fun and funk with be pardoning all sins as we embark upon an evening of debauchery and delight.

Let's take it down a notch and get back to basics. Peace out.
