PLEASE NOTE:

• Collect your t-shirt and wristband at the VARSITY PEP RALLY in RUBIX on MONDAY 27th MARCH FROM 7PM
• You’ll need to bring the Tixtu QR code which will be scanned in exchange for your t-shirt
• You can collect on behalf of a friend but you will need their QR code
• First come, first served for sizes on the collection day
• You will either need to wear the t-shirt or bring it with you to gain entry to Varsity Citrus on 29th March
• Teams competing in Varsity will be given wristband entry for the Varsity finale based on how many are competing. There will be no charge for this. Any leftover wristbands will be offered to all other teams and sports clubs on a first come, first served basis. Collection of wristbands will be from the Team Surrey office within SSP and Captains will be able to collect wristbands on behalf of their team on the day of Varsity.

The Varsity Pep Rally will take place in Rubix from 7PM into the late evening and will include entertainment from the one and only DJ Leroy! The Students’ Union Officers alongside Steve the Stag will be teaching the new Varsity chants, the Team Surrey Cheerleaders will be performing stunts and spreading cheer and there will be a dance-off initiated by the Surrey Dance Squad. Kurbside Kitchen will be selling their delicious gourmet street food all evening, there will be a photo booth area, a ‘tug of war’, a glitter station, and Hari’s Bar will be serving drinks all evening. We will also be giving out freebies for you to bring along on to Varsity on the day! This is an event not to be missed and is open to ALL STUDENTS – whether you are picking up a t-shirt or not.

On Wednesday 29th March make sure you head over to SSP on the day to support and cheer on our guys and girls, as we plan to be victorious for a seventh year in a row!!!

Please note that last entry is MIDNIGHT. You must be in the queue for the event by 12.00am or you will not be allowed entry to the event. We also operate a no re-entry policy.
