When you've spent too long in the lab and begin thinking what half of those colourful compounds in your test-tubes would taste like, then tonight is the night to pick up your pipettes and begin creating crazy cocktails.

Arrive at Komo for 6pm to mingle with the committee and get a drink before the brewing begins. During the masterclass, you will get the chance to play with dry ice, edible bubbles, ultraviolet beverages and more.
