Positive Minds peer support group is a non-judgemental, safe and confidential six-week peer support group aimed at keeping low mood and depression at bay.
The award-winning Positive Minds course is run by Surrey’s Student Minds facilitators and provide you a space to openly discuss thoughts and feelings associated with negative mental wellbeing.
