U - day Tuesday Ticket Options
We are proud to present to you our Charity Event, U-Day Tuesday Event, A day to learn new practices and experiences to allow yourself to be more present and better your mental wellbeing!
We will be providing all a 45 minute yoga session, followed by a 30 minute meditation session and for those coming in person, a 15 minute tote bag workshop.
All profits will be going to our chosen charity Catalyst, a non-profit organisation assisting those with mental health and wellbeing in Surrey for over 30 years!
