VetSoc Summer Ball Ticket Options

This year's VetSoc Summer Ball will be held on Saturday 4th May at the distinguished Sandown Park Racecourse in Esher.

The 2019 VetSoc Summer Ball will be the biggest Vet Ball we’ve ever hosted, and we’ll also be saying an emotional farewell to our amazing final years as we celebrate their upcoming graduation – this is not an event to be missed! This year, the event will be held at Sandown Park Racecourse, one of Britain’s most loved and revered racecourses. It is a top events venue offering a picturesque site that occupies a unique place in British racing history and has long been the backdrop to legendary contests between horses and riders that remain household names.

This will be a formal event with a “dress to impress” black-tie dress code.

Your ticket will include:

 Transport to and from the venue
 Welcome drink
 Three-Course Meal
 Half a bottle of wine per person on the table (or an alcohol-free alternative)
 Tea and coffee after the meal
 Entertainment for the evening
 An official photographer and photobooth


All dietary requirements will be catered for by the venue so please let us know of any requirements or allergies as soon as possible. Once dietary requirements have been sent to the venue the menu will be released.

Transport to the venue will be provided from Surrey Sports Park and Stag Hill, again, please indicate what transport you require when purchasing your ticket. There is ample parking also available onsite if you would prefer to drive to the venue.

Coaches will leave at 5.30pm from Surrey Sports Park on Manor Park and the Duke of Kent building on Stag Hill.
Coaches will return from the venue between midnight and 1am and will again drop-off at Surrey Sports Park and Duke of Kent.
With 400 attendees to transport it is crucial that you are collected and dropped off at the same point so please consider this when selecting your choice.

Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis and all Surrey students, staff, and plus ones are invited to attend.
